Six Reasons Families Choose Wovenhall
Facilitation Expertise
Over fifteen years of facilitation experience across community, educational, and household contexts. Our team knows how to hold a difficult conversation without steering it.
Structured Without Feeling Rigid
Wovenhall's session formats are designed to give conversation shape — not to constrain it. Families move through a sequence of prompts at a pace that feels natural, not scheduled.
Complete Confidentiality
No recordings. No case notes shared outside the session. No referral network. What a family says in our studio stays there.
Non-Clinical, Non-Advisory
We do not provide counselling, therapy, legal guidance, or personal advice of any kind. This makes us the right fit for families who want space to talk — not to be told what to do.
Programmes That Build Over Time
The Year of Family Reflection subscription supports a household across four quarterly sessions with the same facilitator — building continuity and depth that a one-off session cannot.
A Setting Designed for This Work
Our Melaka studio was fitted specifically to support household conversation — quiet, warm, textile-inspired interiors that signal a different kind of meeting from the start.
Facilitation Expertise Built Over Years
The Wovenhall team has worked in community dialogue and adult education for a combined thirty years. This experience shows in how sessions are structured, how difficult moments are navigated, and how different family dynamics are held with equal care.
- Facilitators trained in community dialogue and narrative practice

How a Session Unfolds
- 01Opening: settling into the space, introductions if a workshop format, brief orientation by the facilitator.
- 02Structured exchanges: conversation prompts presented sequentially, with time for both speaking and quiet reflection.
- 03Writing time (half-day and subscription): individual quiet writing in the workbook — not shared unless each person chooses.
- 04Close: the facilitator draws the session to a gentle end; no forced conclusions or summaries.
A Process With Shape and Breathing Room
Good facilitation is structured enough to feel held and open enough to feel honest. Wovenhall's session formats were developed over years of practice — they give conversation a clear arc without rushing it toward any particular destination.
Unlike open-ended talking circles or formal mediation sessions, our format combines structured prompts, quiet writing time, and unhurried group exchange in a sequence that has proven to work across a wide range of household situations.
Transparent Pricing, No Hidden Additions
Every programme is priced clearly and covers all costs associated with the session. There are no add-on charges, no upselling during the session, and no recurring costs unless you choose the annual subscription.
- Workshop: RM 550 — facilitation and materials included
- Half-Day: RM 1,180 — workbook, refreshments, summary note included
- Annual: RM 2,560 — four sessions, one facilitator, full year

Distinctive Features of Our Approach
Woven Prompts — Our Own Conversation Framework
Wovenhall's session prompts are drawn from a proprietary framework developed in-house over six years of facilitation. They are adapted to each programme format and reflect the particular rhythms of Malaysian household life.
The Written Summary Note
After half-day and annual sessions, families receive a written summary note — not a report, not a transcript, but a brief facilitator reflection on the themes and textures of what was discussed. Sent within one week.
Facilitator Continuity Across a Year
The annual subscription assigns one named facilitator to your household for all four quarterly sessions. This continuity is rare and valuable — the facilitator brings memory of previous conversations into each subsequent session.
A Studio Designed as a Third Space
Wovenhall's Melaka studio is not an office or a clinic. It is a deliberately designed third space — neither home nor institution — where families can arrive without the social weights that accompany their usual environments.
